One of the most wonderful quirks about my husband is that he loves veggies and are largely regarded as yucky. Examples: He loves and asks for, Spinach, brussel sprouts and lima beans, but will pick out tomatoes and broccoli from salad.
Our little Peanut has the same taste buds. She loves food that strong in flavor. Our nanny and friends always comment how odd it is. Sometimes I am shocked she will eat this stuff. Examples: she loves brussel sprouts, pickled artichoke hearts, green olives and salmon. But she will NOT eat mac and cheese from the box. hummmm
Salmon fish sticks, I make a big batch and freeze them for fast lunches.
