I stole this idea from a blogger friend of mine ( check out her site she has some great ideas) I emailed her and asked her for some tips and to tell you the truth it was really quite easy. I made this for Bowman's 2nd Birthday party. It was quick and fun to make and added a cute little flare to his wonderful party.
I think I will make a few for Taylor's little luau party as well.
