{ Alert... on another sandwich kick}
Sunday : We had the most lovely Easter dinner with wonderful friends. We had garlic and horseradish crusted prime rib, Mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh steamed green beans, rolls, moms house salad and lemon tart. The dinner was great the company was EXCELLENT.Monday: Cream of asparagus soup and sandwiches
Tuesday: French Dip sandwiches, oven fries and fresh fruit
Wednesday: pesto and shrimp pasta and a garden salad
Thursday: Meatball subs and corn on the cob.
Friday: We are starting to pack on Friday when Dusty gets home from work... I'm thinking take out Pizza but we will play this one by ear.
