The week for dinner

{Last week's Sunday dinner. Pot Roast Mashed Potatoes and green beans}

Sunday: Braised Short Ribs. Garlic Mashed Potatoes, glazed carrots. This is my first time making short
ribs and I'm using this recipe from food network. Cross your fingers...I'll let you know how it goes!
Monday: Chicken Cordon Blue, wild rice and broccoli
Tuesday: Spaghetti. I'm out of my homemade sauce. So I'm making an extra big serving for freezing.
Wednesday: Artichoke dip roasted chicken, roasted red potatoes and peas.
Thursday: Mexican Casserole and salad. Making a double batch to take to a family that just had a baby.
Friday: Left Overs for weekly Dunaway Family Sleepover
Saturday: Nana is in town!!! We are having an BBQ with friends and family.
