1 ½ pounds cubed beef
stew meat
2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 packages mushrooms.
1 beef bouillon cube
4 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a slow cooker,
combine the meat, soup, onion, dry soup mix, bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce and 1 package of mushroom
sliced..
Cook on Low setting
for 5-6 hours
30 minutes before service sauté 2nd
package of mushrooms sliced. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream.
Serve over egg noodles.
