Chris Temar ( Troy Temars brother) was the best man in our wedding and has been a constant support system for Dusty and myself. The love and compassion that we have received from our vast Cincinnati/Mid West Family has been an incredible blessing.

Dusty will be at the golfing event this year and we hope to see many of you there as well. If you can't make it to the tournament donations can be made at the link above.
Information about the Troy Temar Memorial
The First Annual Troy Temar Memorial Golf Outing was
held on August 7, 1999 at Beech Creek Golf Course, a month after Troy's
death. Over 200 golfers participated, most of us still in shock and
disbelief that Troy had been murdered. Many more people just stopped by
to show their support. Everyone shared stories and remembered all the
good times that we've had with our friend that had just passed. It was a
part of the healing process, and the beginning of a tradition in memory
of Troy.
The following three outing were held at Devou Park
Golf Course, where Troy and his friends often played in the summer of
97' and 98'.
The email sent to regular participants, explaining a little more about the event and Cooper.
Hello to all, Only two months remain until The 14th Annual Troy Temar Memorial
Golf Outing, which will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012, 1 p.m. (shot
gun start) at Blue Ash Golf Course.
This will be our first year at Blue Ash Golf Course and we're excited
to be playing at this top rated course and using their beautiful new
facilities.
As for this years funding raising efforts, all proceeds raised will be donated for research and to
help bring awareness to Williams syndrome. Williams syndrome is a rare disorder that was diagnosed in Cooper Dunaway, Ashley and
Dusty Dunaway’s newborn son. Below is an email from Ashley and Dusty
Dunaway explaining Williams syndrome and the challenges the disability
presents. For those of you that do not
know Dusty and Ashley Dunaway, the Dunaway and Temar families are close friends
and I know that Troy would have wanted to do something to help Dusty and his
family.
Please go to our web
site for more detailed information regarding this years outing. We're
expecting a sellout, so please pay and register early:
I hope that you can participate in this years outing and to help us raise funds and
awareness of Williams syndrome.
